NP HOMECARE was formed in 2009 and is dedicated to providing a service of exceptional quality to the local care community
across Greater Glasgow. Based from offices in the Southside of the city we provide support using a Person Centerd approach
to meet the needs of adults wishing to remain in their own homes rather than in a nursing or care home environment. Whether you are looking for help today, either for yourself or for a loved one, or simply preparing for

care and befriending services, as well as live in care, sleepovers and Sitter services
Service Aims and Objectives
To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the clients overall quality of
life.
To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion while
respecting each clients right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment and the right to make informed choices and to take risks.
To ensure that each clients needs and values are respected in matters of culture, religion race or ethnic
origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
To involve Service Users and carers in the provision, management and development of the service which will
be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of
our service users.

What We Do
NPHOMECARE offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the
needs of our clients; these may include older people, those with a learning disability, physical disability and people
who need assistance due to illness to live in their own homes and community. This will be achieved by promoting a standard
excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice,
conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment. Support is provided in partnership with our clients their
carers and family, respecting their diverse needs, preferences and choices.
